RC Committees

Architectural Review Violations Committee (ARVC)
(Meetings: first and third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM)

Purpose: River Club’s ARVC Committee serves to assist all homeowners in preserving the architectural integrity of residential properties in maintaining an established character within our neighborhood.  Also, works with the Community Manager for monitoring compliance with the River Club Covenants, and makes recommendations to the River Club Board of Directors regarding enforcement actions. The committee also monitors compliance policies and acts as a liaison between the Community Manager and the Board.


Communications Committee
(Meetings: third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 AM)

Purpose:   To develop and implement policy recommendations for a two-way communications program to inform, educate, and engage River Club HOA members with accurate and timely information important to their understanding and participation in the community.


Hearing Committee
(Meetings: Last Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM- as needed)

Purpose: The purpose of the Hearing Committee is to review the fines that the River Club Board of Directors imposes and either approve or reject the fines.


Grounds Committee
(Meetings: third Tuesday of each month at 10:30 AM)

Purpose: The mission of the River Club Grounds committee is to maintain and improve the common parklike areas of River Club by enhancing attractiveness to potential new residents and increasing property values. 


CERT Program Committee

(Meetings: third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM)

Purpose: The mission of the River Club CERT committee is to be prepared if and when a natural disaster hits and emergency services are not available to reach River Club residents
